Spring flowers for electronic waste

If you are wondering how to safely dispose of electronic waste that you found during spring cleaning, take part in the ecological campaign that we are organizing together with the editorial team of Gazeta Wrocławska! On Saturday, March 29th, from 10:00 to 15:00, you can bring large, medium and small electronic waste, batteries and used toners to a special point in the parking lot of our Shopping Centre. In return, you will receive seedlings of spring flowers.

We are waiting not only for large equipment such as washing machines, microwaves, refrigerators, computers, cameras and camcorders, but also for small items lying around our homes – such as broken computer mice, headphones, watches or calculators. You can also bring broken mechanical toys and flat batteries and used toners.

Each participant of the campaign will receive from one to three seedlings in exchange for donating any amount of electronic waste. In order to allow as many people as possible to receive gifts, one participant of the campaign will be able to collect a maximum of three seedlings.

There is a limit that applies to the following types of electronic waste:

• for a minimum of 50 batteries – one participant in the campaign is entitled to 1 to 3 seedlings to choose from
• for a minimum of 30 chargers – one participant in the campaign is entitled to 1 to 3 seedlings to choose from
• for a minimum of 10 toners – one participant in the campaign is entitled to 1 to 3 seedlings to choose from
