Check your health for free

During the holidays, we spend more time outside the home and are more willing to do sports. Before going on holiday, it is worth checking what condition our body is in, reminding ourselves of the rules of first aid, and also giving yourself a moment of carefree relaxation!

We invite you to the campaign of free preventive tests and health advice in our Shopping Centre. You will be able to use them on Saturday, June 29th from 12:00 to 17:00.

At special stands in the passage of our shopping centre you will be able to:

• take body measurements and calculate your BMI, measure your blood pressure and determine your blood glucose level
• use a videodermatoscope examination and check for moles on your skin
• use health advice provided by specialists from the National Health Fund
• obtain a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC), which may prove useful during your holiday abroad
• learn how to provide first aid
• use a relaxing hand massage

All advice will be provided free of charge. You do not need to register for the examination in advance – the order of applications counts.
