Give away your electronic waste and you will receive a seedling

Bring your used household appliances and electronics and in return you will receive a seedling! The “Tree for recyclables” collection will take place on April 20th, and the “Flowers for junk” campaign will take place from April 22nd to 30th. Let’s take care of the natural environment together.

“Tree for recyclables”

Let’s set a good example for our loved ones and show how to manage waste to take care of our planet. Just April 20th at 10-15 bring used household appliances and electronics lying around the house, and in return you can receive a seedling that will grow into a beautiful plant that pleases the eyes. The more vegetation in our surroundings, the cleaner the air our family will breathe.

During Saturday’s ecological campaign, we will collect small, medium and large electronic waste, batteries and used toners (excluding traditional light bulbs, halogen bulbs, fluorescent lamps, LED bulbs and LED diodes).

In return for donating any number of small, large or medium-sized e-waste, each participant of the collection will receive a seedling or seedlings (to choose from) from one to four. There is a limit – a maximum of four seedlings per one participant of the campaign. There is a limit that applies to the following electronic waste:

• for a minimum of 50 pieces of batteries – one participant of the campaign is entitled to choose from 1 to 3 seedlings
• for a minimum of 30 chargers – one participant of the campaign is entitled to choose from 1 to 3 seedlings
• for a minimum of 10 toners – one participant of the campaign is entitled to choose from 1 to 3 seedlings
  

The action is organized together with the State Forests, thanks to the support of the Legnica Forest District and Gazeta Wrocławska.
